"Office Party" was written by Kylie and her guitarist Luke Fitton, alongside its producers Richard Stannard and Duck Blackwell. The song is a jazz-influenced song and employs a walking bass; it has been sonically compared to "Oh Santa".

A music video for "Office Party", directed by Sophie Muller, premiered on 5 December 2025. It features Kylie in a recording studio singing along to the song, before she notices different people going past the room; she begins to imagine what the office party might look like, and even performs the lift from Dirty Dancing; only to join the party to realise its mundane. She soon livens the party up.
