"Wait" is a song by Kylie Minogue from the Sleepwalker EP, which was released in September 2014. The song was written by Peter Wade Keusch, Fernando Garibay and Amanda Warner, while production was handled by Garibay. The song appears as the second track on the EP.
Background and release
"Wait" first made an appearance during Kylie's Kiss Me Once Tour; the Sleepwalker film was played for the first time before the opening night of the tour in Liverpool, England, on 24 September 2014; the film contained only three of the four songs that were to be released on the EP, omitting "Chasing Ghosts", as this was to be included in the main show as a video interlude. Said short film was then played before every show of the tour.
The EP was released onto SoundCloud on 26 September 2014, before the second show of the tour in Manchester, England, for free download.
